Assembly instructions
Our bikes are designed in such a way that they can be easily assembled. This allows you to learn more about your bike model. We prepared a video in which we presented the assembly of the bike in more detail after purchasing it online.
Procedure
Carefully save the receipt and serial number of the bicycle. We suggest you take a picture of the serial number and attach the picture to the invoice. In this way, you will not waste time unnecessarily searching for documents in case something breaks.
Before opening the package in which the bike is packed, find the upper part of the package and start opening the box. To make sure that you have opened the box in the right place, you need to see the seat of the bike, if you do not see the seat at the top, it means that you have opened the box on the wrong side.
First of all, you take out the small box containing:
-Battery (battery instructions),
-battery keys,
-charger (instructions for using the charger),
-pedals,
-front wheel quick release,
-an insert that fits between the brake linings (one is already on the wheel in the front brake) you get 2 inserts in case you need to transport the bike and you need to remove both wheels),
-front fender.Prepare the tools you will need:
- Allen keys 3,5,6,
- Wrench 10,15,
- Pliers or scissors
- Other recommended tools that are not necessary for assembly:
- Lubricant (grease)You take the bike out of the packaging. The front wheel is attached to the frame of the bike. Place everything carefully on the ground, so that the front wheel rests on the fork (the end of the fork has a protective plastic so that you can place the front wheel on the ground without worry), and at the back the bike rests on the rear wheel. Make sure that the bike is placed stably so as not to tip it over awkwardly. In order to avoid possible damage due to the fall of the bike, we leave the wheel protection on the bike and remove the protection on those parts of the bike that we are assembling.
Pinch the ties that hold the front wheel to the bike frame, take the front wheel and place it as close to the front of the bike as you will need it soon.
Steering wheel assembly. Pinch the ties that hold the handlebars to the bike, remove the handlebar protection and the handlebar bracket protection. To attach the handlebars, you need an allen key 5. Before attaching the handlebars, we must turn the fork of the bike correctly. The fork must be turned so that the light is facing forward, also check if the brake caliper is on the left side. When you have turned the fork correctly, the handlebar bracket is also correctly turned and you can start mounting the handlebar. With one hand hold the handlebar in the place where it is clamped, with the other hand hold the handlebar clamp and insert the upper screw with your fingers, tighten this screw until the handlebar can no longer fall out. Then tighten the lower screw and adjust the angle of the handlebars. Do not screw the handlebars all the way yet, but only so that they do not fall out. You will screw it all the way in and tighten it when the bike is assembled. The brake levers are also adjusted at the end, so don't worry if they are not adjusted as you would like.
Fender assembly. To fasten it, we need a 5.3 Allen key and a 10 key. First, remove the fork protection. Insert the fender supports (these are two aluminum sticks) into the plastic supports already attached to the forks of the bike and tighten the screws on the sides with Allen key 3. Then, using the 10 key and the 5 Allen key, unscrew the nut on the screw that holds the front light, you don't need to take out the whole screw, but only the nut, because you will attach the fender to this screw. The fender has a hole at the top through which you insert the screw on which we unscrewed the nut. When you have the handle in place, tighten the nut that you unscrewed earlier. While tightening the nut, make sure that the light is facing up.Once you have attached the fender and the light is facing up, you can insert the front wheel. Remove the plastic protection between the forks. Hold the entire wheel in the air with one hand and insert the front wheel into the fork with the other, making sure the disc goes between the brake pads. The disc and brake caliper must be on the left side of the wheel, on the same side as the wheel shoe. Once the front wheel is in place, use your foot to place a footrest to support the wheel so you don't have to hold it. The bike will stand alone. Locate the front wheel axle quickrelease in the small box. We insert this axle so that the tensioning lever is on the same side as the disc. Be careful with the small springs so that there is one on each side. Tighten the nut just enough to feel resistance on the quick release. Push the wheel to the ground with your hand so that the front wheel falls into place and tighten the quick release

Assembly of cranks. To fasten the cranks, you need a 15 key or an allen key 6. First, take the cranks out of the packaging and remove the protection (lubricant is already applied to the thread of the crank, so they are packed in a bag and do not need to be lubricated). The cranks are labeled R and L, which means right and left crank. Be sure to screw the cranks onto each side. There is a reverse thread on the left crank and if we change the cranks you can destroy it. Firmly fasten the cranks with a 15 key or an allen key 6.
Montaža sedeža. To fasten the seat, we need allen keys 5 and 6. For men's bikes, we have a quick seat fastener, and for women's bikes, we have to tighten the seat clamp with allen key 5. For women's bikes, we adjust the height of the seat with allen key 5. The seat must face forward in a straight line with the frame. Set the angle of the seats with the allen key 6. Find the screw that is under the saddle of the seat and loosen it and adjust the angle of the seat. Once you have the seat angle adjusted to your liking, you can tighten the screw.
Handlebar settings. To adjust the handlebars, we need hexagons 3 and 5. Adjust the angle of the handlebars by unscrewing the two screws that hold the handlebars by about 2 turns. Adjust the angle and hold it in position while using the other hand to tighten the two screws. Once you have adjusted the handlebar angle, you can also adjust the brake levers and gear lever. For brake levers, locate the Allen screw 5 on the underside of the lever and unscrew it 2 turns. Set the position in which you want to attach the handle and tighten the screw, do the same on the other side. To adjust the shift lever, you need Allen key 3. Again, find the Allen key 3 screw on the bottom and unscrew it 2 turns, adjust the angle and tighten the screw.
Attaching the battery. Take the battery out of the box. Find the key and use it to unlock the battery, which must be unlocked (the battery lock indicates which way it locks and which way it unlocks). Insert the battery into the battery holder. The battery holder has 3 pins, make sure to put the battery on the last pin by placing it on the holder about 2 cm before the end of the lower part of the holder, then slide the battery down, making sure to push it all the way. Finally, lock it and save the key (battery instructions included with the battery).
Finally, we remove the remaining protection on the bike, check the pressure in the tires and we can go cycling.
