due to normal wear
Some components of the Econo bike are subject to wear due to their function. The degree of wear will depend on the care and maintenance and the way the bike is used. Bicycles, which are often left outdoors, can also be subject to greater wear and tear due to the weather. The components below require regular maintenance. Nevertheless, they will end their life sooner or later, depending on the conditions and intensity of use. Parts that have reached their wear limit need to be replaced.

The 36-month warranty covers ECONO-designed parts, including the bike frame. It begins to run on the day the bicycle invoice is issued to the first owner. The 24-month warranty covers ECONO-designed parts, including the battery, motor and screen. It begins to run on the day the bicycle invoice is issued to the first owner. Genuine parts from other manufacturers such as Shimano, tektro... are also covered by a minimum 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty only applies to material and manufacturing defects that were present on delivery and is non-transferable, meaning it only applies to the first owner of the bike.
Due to product development and discontinuation (eg discontinuation of certain frames or components), replacement parts may not be available for older or limited models. In such cases, we will provide the most comparable replacement in our judgment. All warranty service labor costs, including component transfer and installation of new parts, are the responsibility of the bike owner.
