Complaint claim

At ECONO, we provide a guarantee, the duration of which depends on the type of product. You can claim the warranty within the warranty period by submitting a warranty claim, a completed warranty card, an invoice and the product. Comtron will handle your warranty claims in accordance with the rules applicable to warranty coverage. You can read more about the warranty conditions here or in the product warranty booklet.

Submit a warranty claim using the form below:

  • Fill in your contact information,

  • describe the reason for the complaint in detail,

  • be sure to add an invoice,

  • add a copy of the warranty booklet,

  • a photo of the entire bike or product and

  • photo of the reason for which you want to assert a complaint (from several angles).

In this way, we will be able to solve your claim better and faster. After receiving the completed form, we will contact you as soon as possible.
