First adjustment in two months

The first adjustment of the settings on the bike after two months from the purchase is free of charge in our service center. The benefit we offer is intended for inspection of the bike, which is practically still new, but the attentive eye of our specialist can see that some adjustment is needed.
This behavior is preventative and we recommend it to customers to avoid major bike breakdowns or improve their experience. The preventive first setting or preventive check of the settings is performed once in the first two months after the delivery of the e-bike or after two hundred kilometers. Our service technician will check the settings on the bike according to the procedure, which includes an overview of the settings of the components and functions that are crucial for safe driving. He will also check the operation of the brakes, the operation of the electronic components, the chain voltage and other if necessary.

Bicycle service

Every bike, regardless of the price for which we bought it, needs regular maintenance and service for proper and smooth operation. Full support to our customers in the form of bicycle servicing is one of our priorities. We combine many years of experience in repairing various bicycles with professionalism and innovation. We regularly upgrade our knowledge by participating in seminars and trainings both at home and abroad. That is why we are always aware of technological innovations in the cycling world.

We recommend:

• general bicycle service once a year

• minor repairs if necessary (in case of component damage or wear of materials such as inner tubes, tires, brake pads, etc.)

Suspension service

Maintenance and servicing of the suspension on the wheels requires special knowledge and specific tools and material, so it is treated and charged separately when servicing the wheels. The front suspension and, with full suspension wheels, also the rear suspension, are exposed to a lot of pressure while cycling. This is especially true for mountain bikes with full suspension. To achieve the longest possible service life of the suspension, we recommend regular small and general services. Only in this way will we ensure the correct operation of the wheels, which is crucial for use, especially while riding. With regular general services, we prevent excessive wear of the material and thus malfunctions.

We recommend:

• cleaning and lubrication of oil and dust seals every 50 hours

• every 100 hours or once a year general service

Battery service for electric bicycles

Due to the growing number of electric bicycles, we have also trained in the repair of batteries for electric bicycles in the last year. If it seems to you that your battery is no longer as it was in the beginning and you now spend significantly less kilometers with it, you can bring it to our service center where we will measure its capacity with the appropriate equipment. Depending on the age of the battery, we can then advise you on further repair steps.
