Delivery
Items ordered on econo.eu go on the road in the shortest possible time, as speed and convenience of delivery are crucial for us.
Goods from stock will be shipped the same working day by 10.00 after receipt of payment. We deliver with package delivery of Pošta Slovenije. After the payment has been made, you can pick up the goods at the company's branch office at Tržaška cesta 23 in Maribor, in this case, you do not pay postage, and at the same time we allow you to contact our experts. Own pick-up at the Econo headquarters or branch office is possible every working day during working hours. The seller can also deliver the goods to the buyer with another delivery service, but only if this will enable faster delivery.
Shipping cost
The cost of delivery for purchases below 100€ is paid by the buyer and for the entire territory of Slovenia is 3,95€. Delivery costs for purchases over 100€ are covered by the seller.
In some cases, Saturday delivery, delivery until 10 am or delivery after 4 pm is also possible. Free delivery
The company offers its customers a special benefit for larger orders, orders over 100€ free delivery. Some products provide free delivery, which is specifically marked on the website.
Free delivery is available to B2B users who have concluded an e-commerce contract for orders with a total value of over 500€ or if the contract states otherwise.
We ship the same day
Since we know that your time is precious, we will try to satisfy you in this case as well. However, this is only possible if the product is in stock and if you place the order early enough. We kindly ask you to follow some instructions:
check if the product is in stock (in data Stock will say "In stock"),
place your order and make the payment before 2 pm,
place your bike order and make the payment before 10 am.
If we do not have the goods in stock, we will have to wait a little longer for delivery, but usually no longer than 3 working days. In this case, follow the additional rules:
if the data Stock says: "Available", it means that we do not have data on how fast we can deliver it. For information on the availability of these items, click on the white envelope and send us an inquiry,
if you order such a product, we will try to find and deliver it, but if we fail, we will delete your order and inform you about it,
if you order more products and the waiting time for some will be longer than for others, we will try to send you products that are in stock immediately, and the rest after they are in stock. If the waiting period is very long, we will inform you via e-mail about up-to-date information on the planned delivery;
if you get tired of waiting at any time in the meantime, you can let us know and we will remove the product from the order and deliver other products or delete the order.

Installment payment with a Diners card (up to 24 installments; the minimum installment amount is € 50). Arrange the formalities at the COMTRON headquarters or office.

Purchase procedure
When the user selects a product or products and submits an order with a confirmation on the COMPLETE PURCHASE button, the online store automatically "generates - creates" and sends an e-mail with order details (products, prices, quantities, user data ...).This confirms the order, the products will be shipped as soon as possible. If the delivery time is more than 2 working days, the provider informs the buyer.
Validity of the offer
When buying, the prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. All prices include VAT, except for used items for which VAT is calculated on the basis of Articles 48 and 49 of the VAT Act and is not disclosed on the basis of Article 50 C of the VAT Act.
