About Product
The Maxxis Assegai tyre is named after the iron-tipped spear used by the Zulu in South Africa. Greg Minnaar, originally from South Africa, thought it was a fitting name for a tyre that is ready for battle on the mountain. The high knobs cut through dust and clay to find traction, while offering support and confidence on wet roots and rocks. While other tyres are only great in certain conditions, Maxxis' new Assegai is built to be fast everywhere."
