The Shimano Deore XT RD-M8100-SGS rear derailleur delivers fast and precise shifting over a wide gear range. The 13-tooth guide and voltage discs with rubber damper reduce noise and increase riding comfort. They also improve chain grip in all conditions. The RD-M8120 rear derailleur for the Deore XT 2x12 drivetrain is designed for use with the Shimano CS-M8100 10-45 tooth cassette.
